• Due to the nature of underwear, returns are only accepted on unused products with original packaging intact.
• Faulty or defective items may be returned within 7 days.

• Affiliates must apply through the official Onni platform or receive a formal invitation.
• Onni reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

5.2. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Onni’s products.
• Use misleading or false advertising.
• Promote Onni alongside explicit, hateful, or harmful content.
• Spam users with unwanted promotional messages.

5.3. Affiliate Payments & Commissions

• Commission rates will be communicated individually.
• Payouts occur monthly, provided minimum thresholds are met.
• Fraudulent activity (e.g., self-purchases for commission) will lead to termination.

5.4. Use of Affiliate Content

By joining the affiliate program, you grant Onni the right to:

• Repost, reuse, and repurpose any content created for promotional purposes.
• Use affiliate content in ads, website listings, or marketing materials without additional compensation.

6.1. General Rules

• All entrants must follow the specific rules outlined per campaign.
• No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.
• Onni may change or cancel a campaign at any time.

6.2. Entry Validation & Reposting Rights

To ensure valid entries, participants may be required to:

• Upload or share content (e.g., posting a story/photo featuring Onni).
• Tag Onni’s official accounts.
• Follow specified pages.

By entering any Onni campaign, you grant Onni the right to:

• Repost your content as proof of entry.
• Use your content for validation, promotional purposes, winner announcements, or advertising.
• Store your entry details for audit and verification.

Entrants agree that Onni may request screenshots, receipts, or additional proof to validate entries.

6.3. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are selected via the method described in the campaign (e.g., random draw, judged entry).
• Onni’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
• Winners will be contacted via email or social media.
• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6.4. Prizes

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless a cash giveaway is specified.

This includes photo/video content of Onni products worn in any setting.

You confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Anyone appearing in the content has given permission for its use.

• Validate campaign entries
• Communicate with customers
• Provide customer support
