Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for your recent purchase of our underwear products. Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns unless there is a flaw in the design.

If you have received a defective product, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date (or date of purchase in the case of a physical sale). We will contact you to make arrangements for the return and issue a replacement or refund as necessary.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, personal preferences, or incorrect purchases.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us so that we may arrange shipping back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
